Event. Camp Lejeune’s Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Outreach Event will be hosted by The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) in partnership with Coastal Carolina Community College (CCCC) and CCCC Small Business Center on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm in Jacksonville, NC.

Purpose. The purpose of this outreach event is to connect SDVOSB and HUB Zone Business with Marine Corps Installations East (MCI East) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). The event will be comprised of a half-day session and engage in topics, such as, doing Business with the Federal Government, SDVOSB and HUBZone Programs, Subcontracting, and NAVFAC & MCIEast Opportunities for SDVOSB and HUBZone firms. Q&A session included. Businesses that are SDVOSB self-certified, HUBZone certified and/or qualify are welcome to attend.

Cost/Registration. To register, click here. The event is FREE, but pre-registration is required. Registration will close on March 19, 2010 or when all seats are reserved. Seating at the Outreach Event is limited.  Please register as soon as possible to ensure your company’s attendance at the Outreach Event. NCMBC may close registration on/or before March 19, 2010 and may run a waiting list when space is no longer available.
