The U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command is hosting a full day, in-person business engagement event:
The 2023 USAMRDC Capability Days – Industry Day will be held on April 6, 2023, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST at Fort Detrick, Maryland.
This event is an opportunity to provide outreach to our industry partners that support Medical Research and Development (R&D) efforts, to enhance competition, build relationships and facilitate a better understanding of our command’s mission requirements and priorities.
The event will include briefings from BG Anthony McQueen, USAMRDC and Fort Detrick Commander as well as other senior leaders. Attendees will learn about our life-saving research and innovative acquisition strategies. They will learn how we inform and shape future priorities and efforts.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of our organization and our priorities through an Advanced Planning Brief.
The event will allow attendees to engage with our contracting team, small business programs, tech transfer experts and Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs to learn about future opportunities.
The event will include presentations on 3 development efforts firsthand.
At the conclusion of the event, attendees will depart with a thorough understanding of our current efforts, our research and development needs and our processes.

Following registration, attendees will be sent a pre-vetting form. The form must be completed in order to gain access to the installation. Attendees who fail to complete the pre-vetting form will be unregistered and will not be permitted to attend.
Registration and pre-vetting forms must be completed no later than 17 March 2023.
Space is limited. This event is limited to two contractors per vendor, on a first-come basis.
