Holli Singleton is the director of safety & health services and the Southeastern OSHA Training Institute Education Center at NC State Industry Expansion Solutions (IES). In this capacity, she manages the services provided by IES’s team of workplace safety experts. Holli has a strong EHS background. Before joining IES in 2008, Holli spent 14 years in the private sector managing the corporate safety program for an extensive healthcare system. Her responsibilities across her career have included ensuring compliance with various regulatory entities including OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA and others. Additionally, her professional experience includes the investigation of work-related accidents and injuries, emergency management, incident command and the development and implementation of processes designed to reduce or mitigate identified safety risks. She also has experience as a Six Sigma Green Belt with active involvement in healthcare quality improvement projects. Holli has a B.S. in health education from UNC-Greensboro and has earned her MESH (Manager of Environmental Safety and Health) certificate through NC State University.
