2025 NSWC Philadelphia Division Hybrid Industry Day

January 30 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) will be hosting a hybrid Industry Day Event on Thursday, 30 January 2025 from 1000-1400 (Eastern Time, USA). In-person check-in will be from 0900 – 1000 (Eastern Time, USA). The event will take place in the Melville Room (RM 306 – BLDG 77L) 1000 Kitty Hawk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19112 and via Microsoft Teams. A map of available parking will be provided to attendees. Parking is free.

This event is to provide an opportunity for industry to better understand the requirements of the NSWCPD and to assist industry in their efforts to do business with the Navy. All federal contractors (small and large) that are interested in NSWCPD contracting and subcontracting opportunities representing all industries that provide services or supplies related to NSWCPD requirements are encouraged to attend this event. There is no cost to attend this event.

In-person registration will close on 11/1/24 @ 18:00 ET.

Online registration will close 1/2/25 @1800 ET.

When registering, make sure to include the following information in your sign-up:

  • Name of attendee from your company
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Indicate if you are registered in SAM as a Small or Large Business
  • Primary NAICS Code(s)
  • Response to topic of interest question

In-Person Registration

Due to space limitations, no more than one representative from each contractor will be permitted to attend in person. Every attendee must complete a registration form. If you do not have a completed registration you cannot attend for security purposes. Registration will be based on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached. All attendees will be required to present photo identification. Attendees not cleared ahead of time will not be allowed to access the event. Foreign Nationals are not permitted to register for the in-person event.

Virtual Registration

Each contractor will be issued a maximum of two online tickets per registration. There is no limit to the number of attendees from a company if you are accessing via the same login session/device.

A link to access the MS Teams presentation will be provided through a Ticket Tailor email distribution the week before the event to the registered individuals.

Other notes:

– Neither the planning nor the establishment of an Industry Day constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). Participation in the Industry Day, as well as current and/or follow on Requests for Information, is neither mandatory nor is it a requisite to future participation by a contractor in any future contract Request for Proposal (RFP).
