Remarks from speakers at local military installations will engage industry on the following topics:

• Workforce – PLA’s, SkillBridge, mentoring, apprenticeships, barriers to entry, academia involvement, work visas
• Materials and Procurement – Buy America, escalation of supply timelines, Supplemental funding accounts such as the IRA and BIL impacts.
• Regulatory Impacts – PLA partnering discussions with local union halls, source selection criteria, tax regulations, CMMC, AI in construction, drones, etc.

Attend this meeting to join working groups to discuss these topics and more.  The intention of this meeting is to prepare discussion points to share with federal agencies at the annual Southeast Region Federal Construction, Infrastructure and Environmental Summit in April 22-24, 2025.
