SgtMaj Joe Houle, USMC (Ret.) SgtMaj Houle is a distinguished Marine with a storied career spanning multiple decades and numerous conflicts. A Vietnam War veteran, he held various leadership roles and co-founded the Carolina Museum of the Marine. His efforts ensure that the stories and sacrifices of Marines are honored and remembered. Post-retirement, he remains actively involved in veteran affairs and community service.
