PURPOSE: This unique opportunity will showcase the burgeoning “dual-use” aerospace capability in Eastern North Carolina.  ​​As a vital engine for driving the economy of Eastern North Carolina, the NCGTP boasts a 2,500-acre facility with an 11,500-foot runway. This multimodal industrial/airport site provides seamless access to air, rail, highways, and North Carolina’s two international ports. The park plays a pivotal role in transitioning the region from an agricultural base to one of skilled labor and industrial manufacturing, with a focus on aerospace, defense, and logistics.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Explore state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure, including the Kinston Regional Jetport.
2. Gain insights into the history and mission of the NCGTP, along with its economic impacts on the region.
3. Learn about various transportation options, such as air, rail, and highway connections, as well as proximity to international ports.
4. Interact with industry experts, researchers, and military command representatives for potential collaborations and partnerships.
5. Discover the potential for your organization to benefit from skilled workforce, research and development efforts, and economic investment opportunities in Eastern North Carolina.

The NCGTP tour will provide invaluable insights and networking opportunities for researchers, military commands, and small businesses.
