KeAnne Hoeg is the director of data management systems, supplier matching and reporting at NC State University Industry Expansion Solutions (IES). She describes her job as “playing with data.” Her data and reporting group manage required reporting to stakeholders and several internal applications, including the Salesforce CRM system, reporting development, and data analysis and visualization. In addition to overseeing required stakeholder reporting and systems, KeAnne manages the Center’s supplier Matching program. Her supplier matching team oversees the Manufactured in North Carolina (MNC) online supplier matching database; works with manufacturers to assess their needs, identify possible matches and create and respond to opportunities in the national supplier matching program; and mapping key supply chains within North Carolina. KeAnne has worked at IES for 23 years; before moving into her current position, she worked as a web developer and social media manager in IT and marketing. KeAnne has a B.A. in English from Meredith College and an MSLS in library science from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Eric Taylor is a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist with North Carolina State University Industry Expansion Solution (IES). Eric is retired from the U.S. Army, where he worked in the supply chain, operations and logistics for nearly 24 years. Eric supported operations in both Afghanistan and Iraq. He has dual associate degrees from Fayetteville Technical Community College in Operations Management and Global Logistics and Distribution Management Technology. Eric has dual B.S. degrees from East Carolina University in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family doing new things.
